1. Who we are
LFRP (lfrp.app) is run by Ansh Sharma, an individual based in the United States (“LFRP”, “we”, “us”). Questions about these terms: legal@lfrp.app. Everything else: support@lfrp.app or the contact form.
2. This agreement
These terms are the agreement between you and LFRP when you use the site. By creating an account or using LFRP you accept them, along with our Community guidelines and Privacy Policy.
3. Who can use LFRP
You must be 18 or older. You confirm your age before joining stories or seeing Mature content, and confirming it falsely breaks these terms. One person, one account, unless we say otherwise.
4. Your account
Keep your login safe; you're responsible for what happens on your account. Pick a handle that doesn't impersonate anyone. You can delete your account any time from Settings.
5. What you write
You own what you write: your characters, requests, posts and stories. To run LFRP, you give us permission to store it and show it to the people you share it with (the board for requests, the people in a story for story posts, a community for its posts). This permission ends when the content is deleted, except that posts in a shared story stay with that story so your partners can keep it.
Only post what you have the right to. Fan fiction and references are part of roleplay; copying someone else's writing or art wholesale isn't. Copyright holders can send takedown requests through Contact → Legal or privacy.
6. Rules
Follow the Community guidelines. In short: no content involving minors, nothing targeting real people, no harassment, nothing illegal, and Mature content only in stories rated Mature. Don't try to break, overload or scrape the site, or get around blocks, bans or limits.
7. Private stories and moderation
Stories are private to the people in them and our staff don't browse them. Private doesn't mean unmoderated: when content is reported, moderators can read what was reported to act on it, and every such access is logged. We may remove content or restrict, suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the guidelines.
8. Credits and AI features
Credits pay for AI writing partners and scene images. They have no cash value, can't be transferred, and aren't refundable except where the law says they must be. Prices are shown before you pay. If your account is deleted or closed for breaking these terms, unused credits are lost.
AI output can be wrong, odd or repetitive. You're responsible for what you ask it to write and for what you post, and the guidelines apply to both. AI only runs in stories where every participant has turned it on.
9. The service
We work to keep LFRP running and your stories safe, but we provide it as it is and can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or stop features. We're not responsible for what other people write or do, on LFRP or off it. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law.
10. Ending things
You can stop using LFRP and delete your account at any time. We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms, and where it's practical, we'll tell you why.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. If a dispute comes up, write to us first at legal@lfrp.app and we'll try to sort it out. Nothing here takes away protections the law where you live gives you, including the right to bring a claim in your local courts.
12. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll tell you on LFRP before it takes effect. Using LFRP after that means you accept the new version.
