Platform license: By posting content on LFRP, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, store, and distribute your content within the platform. This license is necessary to provide the Service and ends when you delete your content or account.

Your responsibilities: You are solely responsible for the content you post. By submitting content, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have necessary rights to the content

• Your content does not violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights

• Your content does not infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property

• Your content complies with our Community Guidelines

4. Prohibited Conduct

To maintain a safe and functional platform, users must not engage in the following activities:

Harmful Behavior:

• Harass, threaten, intimidate, or abuse other users

• Post or share illegal, harmful, or dangerous content

• Engage in hate speech, discrimination, or targeted harassment

Misrepresentation:

• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity

• Create fake accounts or use bots without authorization

• Spread false information or engage in deceptive practices

Platform Integrity:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or user accounts

• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code

• Scrape, spider, or use automated tools to access the platform

Commercial Use:

• Use the Service for commercial purposes without written permission

• Post spam, advertisements, or unsolicited promotions

• Sell access to the platform or user data

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

5. Content Moderation and Removal

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to monitor, review, and remove content or suspend accounts that violate our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.

We do not pre-screen content but will respond promptly to reports of violations. Content may be removed without notice if it violates our policies or applicable laws.

• Warranties regarding the accuracy of content

• Warranties that the service is secure or free from harmful components

You use the Service at your own risk. We make no guarantees about the reliability, availability, or quality of the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LFRP, its owners, operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use arising from your use of the Service

• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account

• Damages resulting from errors, interruptions, or security breaches

• Damages arising from user content or interactions with other users

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid to use the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it through your account settings. Upon termination:

• Some content may remain visible if it was part of shared rooms

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.
