Normal Platform Functionality:
• With other room members when you send messages or create characters in shared spaces
• With users you invite or who invite you to rooms
• Your profile information (username, avatar) is visible to users who share rooms with you
Service Providers:
• With third-party service providers who help us operate the platform (hosting, database, storage, email)
• These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and can only use it for specified purposes
• We carefully vet all service providers for security and privacy compliance
Legal Requirements:
• When required by law, court order, or legal process
• To protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our users
• To investigate fraud, security issues, or Terms of Service violations
• In response to valid requests from law enforcement
Business Transfers:
• If LFRP is acquired or merged, your information may be transferred to the new entity
